This place is an absolute gem. We were visiting from the Philly area and Franny has created a place that feels like home even to visitors. The food was good and the atmosphere was great! It reminded me of the cafe my family ran for 13 years and gave me the nostalgia of hometown cafes where everyone knows your name and order. Definitely will come back some day! Franny's, connected right to Patrick's, is one of those spots that feels like a hidden gem the second you walk in. Classic small diner setup, black and white checkerboard floors, and you can sit at the barstools by the grill and watch them cook your breakfast. I've eaten both breakfast and lunch there and the food is great every time. It's got that old school comfort feel, portions are solid, everything comes out fresh just how you want it. The staff is super friendly and attentive, whole place has that welcoming vibe that keeps you coming back. It's the kind of spot you try once and already know you'll be back. If you get a chance in the late afternoon, check out Patrick's next door for a bar vibe. Both places do not disappoint. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
