The opening hours are very limited. It feels like they only open to people working in the immediate area. It's not a very customer-oriented schedule, as it makes it almost impossible for most people to ever visit

Fratello's in Kendall Yards is hands down one of the most incredible craft sandwich spots in Spokane. Yes, the sandwiches are shockingly expensive at first glance. But then they hand you the sandwich and you realize why. They are massive. Not just big for the sake of being big, but loaded with high-quality ingredients, layered thoughtfully, and built with obvious care. You can taste the difference immediately. Every bite feels intentional. The ingredients are top tier, the flavors are balanced, and there’s a level of pride and love in these sandwiches that you just don’t get from chain shops. This is artisan sandwich territory. Pro tip: get there early. They sell out. And once you’ve had one, you’ll understand why.
