I had just driven 12 hours, was exhausted and hungry, and was excited to see a Freddy’s, which I hadn’t had in a while! Ordered a burger and tots. Get there and they’re “out” of ketchup??? Person who told me when I asked if they even had the regular lobby ketchup so I could at least grab a cup (it was also empty) just shrugged and walked away. They also literally dumped cold wet tots in the bag, obviously so I wouldn’t notice til I got to the hotel it was maybe half a regular tots worth (I’d ordered a large). Oh well, they were both too wet and too dry to eat anyway. Burger was absolutely nasty (had some weird chemical taste?) and freezing cold. I should mention I was less than 5 minutes from the place so that’s not why. They could have just set it outside and it would have been warmer. I’m pretty sure my custard was actually warmer (oh did I mention it was somehow completely melted even just gotten from the freezer??) Ended up dumping most of the meal. That was gross enough I’ll probably never go to a Freddy’s again. Good job y’all. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered a Triple cheeseburger with pickles and mustard combo... Ordered a shake with bananas' and large fries. I received a... Chilli burger... not the plain cheeseburger with nothing on it and the fries were missing. The shake had a piece of banana... A single sliced piece of banana... This is the first time I have had trouble but.. I tried to call twice with no answer. Doordash driver never responded... I will stop ordering from Doordash! I will stop ordering from Fast Freddys! Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1

Went to Freddy Saturday evening. After waiting at the drive-through for about 15 minutes. We arrive at home with our order. I had a double Freddys cheeseburger everything on it extra onion. My double cheese ended up with mustard and pickle only. My wife had the jalapeño steak burger. She asked to have it wrapped in lettuce. Instead it came into a box with lettuce on top of it shredded. My son had to Chicago style dogs everything on it no tomato. It had tomato on it! We asked for a pint of custard chocolate. Luckily we caught it at the window because they were giving us vanilla. Don’t think I’ll be doing Freddys drive-through anytime soon. Thank God I had lettuce tomato and onion at home I ended up making my own burger!
