Went to Feddys today shortly after they opened. Went through the drive through and Angela took my order. As I was ordering someone yells “Angela” from the background and then she comes back and says she was told that they are doing 2 catering orders and that any other orders coming in would be 10-15 mins and if that was ok? I said no that I’m in the drive through of a fast food restaurant wanting to get my food fast hence the drive though. She didn’t budge when I asked that my order take priority and she said that I could wait for 15 mins or cancel so I obviously canceled and drove off irritated and with an upset child that couldn’t get his custard. I did call cooperate and got a call back from Mr Darius. I wasn’t able to answer but he left a message apologizing and asked for me to call back. I’m not going to use anymore energy on this or waste anyone else’s time but from the other reviews it seems that this isn’t an isolated incident. When customers decide to spend their money at an established when prices are high and fast food meals can be a treat it’s unfortunate that these situations happen and even worse contours to happens as per other reviews. Service: 1

We just got ice cream but I would recommend the crew . Hats off to handling the multiple orders flawlessly and still managing to greet and acknowledge the customers! We went around 3 pm for ice cream on a Sunday. Amazing. The girl and I saw a boy and maybe there was another one working in the kitchen, all in sync. Love it . Kudos to the team at this location!! I noticed elderly couples as well as family with little kids:) Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
