We eat at Freddy's all over the country. Seems like the ones in DFW always dirty compared to other states. Food is good but dining and restrooms always need good cleaning. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Ordered Cheeseburger fries and a chocolate shake. All of it was very good. The frozen custard shake was awesome! Had to wait on the shakes (3) but food was ready pretty quick. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Went inside to place an order to go. Sundae and a concrete and food. Received food within 10 minutes but had to wait an additional 18 minutes for the ice cream and that was only because I spoke up. By the time I got home the food was cold and to top it off, the ice cream was wrong. There were nuts in my child's ice cream....thankfully she's not allergic! This is my second time receiving an order that was incorrect. Someone needs to step in and retrain the whole staff. They seem to be fully staffed but lack keeping up with orders. Very disappointed in this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
