Freebirds customer service quality has gone down. I got a monster bowl, a drink, and chips. The manager seemed indifferent and irritable at the same time. When I asked for chips the girl who put the chips in the bag was looking at the manager for permission and literally gave me 10 chips with his approval when he gave the people in front of me a whole monster bowl worth of chips hence there is no consistency. The other girl who prepared my food was cool and honestly is the only reason I gave this establishment the stars they have or else it would have been a one star. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

We often go for the burritos Good quality food and they have the tortilla options back! I love the spinach, and the people are friendly. We go as often as we can. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

This rating is for the restaurant located across the street from Scott and White Hospital in Temple. The food was absolutely delicious. I love me some Freebirds World Burrito, but this visit was extra good. I wish I could remember the young lady's name that prepared our food and took great care of my wife and I, because she is an absolute ☆☆☆☆super star☆☆☆☆☆!!!! She actually took the time to spread out all of the contents of my burrito so I would get some of each item on almost every bite(never done before in my 17 years of eating at Freebirds). My wife also commented that the salad that she got was better than any salad the has ever gotten at a Freebirds. She said that the vegetables were very fresh and the grilled chicken was very well cooked (moist and tender)and well seasoned.The visit was on 10 Dec 2018 at around 4:00pm.
