Absolutely the BEST breakfast spot downriver with the best staff and owners. 10 out of 10 !!!! Don’t sleep on this breakfast spot !!!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10

Well, right out of the gate the side walk is in disrepair so be careful. When we walked in the door the door hit me in the back of the foot because the closer needs replacing or adjusting, watch that dosent hit you because its heavy and it hurts. Could be detrimental for a diabetic foot injury. 1st observations inside the restaurant...the cooler glass is very dirty as is the floor, your feet stick to it. The double doors to the kitchen and condiment containers on the tables have prints and grime on them as well. Better housekeeping is recommended by employees. The mens bathroom has no urinal, floor is very sticky (needs good cleaning) the door to the mens and womens bathrooms are very dirty and nasty as are the handles and light switch. If these obvious things cant be addressed regularly Im afraid to see what the kitchen looks like that you cant see ?? I'm sure its no better if not worse. Service was just ok they are not doing anything above and beyond, just the bare minimum. The other waitress delivered our meals and mine was wrong. I ripped the eggs open to show her they were not over medium and there were hashbrowns on the plate, not home fries. She delivered the wrong breakfast to me and took it off my table and gave it to the guy sitting behind me saying it was his ?? WOW, I can't believe he accepted it. We didn't get any drink refills untill after our meals were delivered and then it was only once. I have noticed this seems to be the new norm for all hospitality workers, some training in service techniques is required across the entire industry. I did notice at check out that the cooler doors at the service area were all grimey as well. We may likely return to check for any improvements, if there are none we will just walk back out. All of this is unfortunate, because this could be a great little diner to patronize. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $10–20
