Second time the portion of seaweed in the combination is not even enough for one never mind 2 , about a spoonful in the bottom, complained last time and this is what they sent again!!! Food: 4 Service: 1

Ruo the daughter took 50 mins to make my food when they said 20 mins and then when I asked they said it’s none of your business so I just said ur Nasty and they just said ok get out, and the food was cold and dry so don’t ORDER HERE Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

After enjoying Fresh 2 Cook for the past 4 years we were very disappointed to receive the wrong order with the staff refusing to accept their mistake of beef instead of chicken, when I read from a written list with no mention of any beef. The quality of the food has also significantly declined and the other chicken dish they got correct wasn’t any better with very little flavour, so most of It ended up in the bin. When requesting a replacement of the incorrect dish they simply said they were too busy so couldn’t replace, refund or credit (not that we would use it), so won’t be ordering form Fresh 2 Cook again and would advise the same if you’re expecting the same quality food and service of the past.
