Very disappointing experience. We were a group of 13 people and ordered a large variety of dishes. The complaint was about just one of them. My son could not eat the meat and asked me to help cut it. I thought I would simply eat the dish myself, but when I tried it, the meat really was impossible to chew. I asked the staff to check it, but they brought it back and said everything was fine. When I asked how they had determined that, the waiter kept interrupting me and would not let me finish speaking. Then the manager came and said, “This is how our meat is.” We were four families, and at first they refused to split the bill. We had to calculate everything ourselves. The bill was only in Georgian, with no English version. The dining room smelled strongly of kitchen fumes, and now all our clothes smell like the kitchen. Out of everything we ordered, only the Caesar salad and the ajapsandali were really good. Most of the other dishes were disappointing: they were oversalted, contained too much vinegar, and the fries were dry. The desserts were also poor — the Napoleon was dry, with thick pastry layers and almost no cream, and the honey cake was dry as well. We love Georgia and its hospitality. Perhaps the staff at this restaurant were having a particularly bad day. Price per person: ₾100+ Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
