I had a great experience at Fresh Slice thanks to Simran! She was super friendly, patient, and made sure my order was perfect. The service was quick, and she kept everything clean and organized even during a busy time. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and good energy. The first few times we ordered from this location, we were blown away at how delicious their pizza was. But then, the inconsistency began to surface. Receiving orders that were clearly not ours. Receiving a fraction of the toppings we ordered and the pizza sparsely decorated with toppings. There is zero quality control and another prime example of franchises being sold to owners with no on-boarding or adherence to franchise guidelines. The crust is amazing, unfortunately that’s where my complements end. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
