Uses their Drive-Thru...we got our food fast..TOO fast...was not fresh at all. The opposite actually. It was obviously pre-cooked and placed into a warmer of some kind (although it wasn't even close to being warm). The chicken tenders were so dry and stale that I couldn't even chew them. The soda was flat, and my daughter's apple juice was fermented. On top of the poor quality of the food, they still charge regular menu prices for everything! The same amount as you would pay if you sat inside and ordered freshly made. Over $20 for the chicken tender combo! That was our first AND LAST time trying the Friendly's drive-thru. That's for sure!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

I’ve really tried to give this place a fair shot. I’ve ordered twice from DoorDash paid extra for items that I never received so I figured I’d try the place in person. Still a disaster. Staff was incredibly rude and didn’t wanna be there. At least it seemed that way to me give me a hard time about what I wanted to order and was definitely rude about it. I mean, I’ve given it three tries. I’m done seriously if you’re looking for a good food and good value and friendliness, go somewhere else cause this is not it. I have been to many restaurants in my day. I am for one upset by not only our waitress Kathrine E. but by the overall standards this restaurant has. I never heard of such sucky service in all my time as both a cousutmer or as a former chef. The dinning room was flithy and not one bus person cleaning up right away. EVEN IF ITS SLOW!!! I have never had a waitress in my life be so out of tune and untrained ever. She acts like its social hour and ignores her tables. We waited almost 20 minutes for our drinks and the food was horrible. Frozen french fries frozen burgers and frozen mozz sticks. I had the hot dog even that was gross. I think you people need to raise your standards and start training our staff properly. MAKE THEM CLEAN THE TABLES IN A TIMELY MANNER. IF I WAS THE MANAGER OF THIS LOCATION PROTOCOLS!
