Visit was on 5/8/26 So no one seems to want to mention that there were ants crawling alongside of where we were sitting and our complaint to the waitress was answered with "we'll take care of it." Same waitress (can't recall her name but I want to say it was Lisa) didn't ask my family if we wanted dessert, instead brought us the check. To meet my childhood days with nostalgia, the overall experience was there but by far, there's room for improvement. Shame on you Friendly's for not having better pest control and also for not a 'friendlier' staff Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

Diane from friendly in Olean Ny was absolutely the best waitress I have had in a long time! She was so kind and helpful. You can tell she loves her job and loves Friendly’s.
