I have to write this review to make things somewhat right. Very sneaky about overcharging. They will be glad to tack on an extra 18% “service charge” on to your bill without telling you until you’ve paid and printed the receipt. Ended up paying over $40 extra for nothing. Complete rip off. Will NEVER come here again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

After doing the Lakefront speedboat ride, my friend and I came here for a late dinner since it was 9 minutes away from my hotel. It was nice eating something hot after riding on the boat. It was our first time eating a rotary hot pot, usually sushi. The service was slow... the first server forgot about us after asking, and we waited another 15 minutes for another server to take over. For the price, the selection can be more, especially the vegetable selection from the rotary. It was very limited.

Slow service can be super frustrating - we're meeting with our service staff this week to discuss why there was a miss on our end and how we can improve for next time. I went to Friends Station over a year ago. I was not a big fan of it at first. However, I had a chance to visit this restaurant again yesterday and found out that they had revised the menu and system drastically. My friends and I still think some things could be improved, but we enjoyed it overall! Especially all the meats options are great for the price!
