Where do I start? Shinji and Mizue (the owners) are incredibly kind people with an AWESOME sense of humor. Fritters is a fun place with tasty snacks and plenty of yummy alcohol to make your day or night a blast. My family and I had a wonderful time there. Be extra nice and just maybe Mizue will give you some Kool-Aid. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
