Wow, I'm so faded! Normally I'm always very satisfied with you, but after today this is because it's definitely different for that woman! I accidentally pressed pick up on the site, which I normally always check twice, but I didn't do this once because I was busy with my baby while I was ordering. I get a call around 7 p.m. and I'm completely exhausted by that woman, who even makes up her own story and twists people's words. After I looked at the confirmation email, I admitted that I was wrong, but she still kept shouting on the phone. and say that I blame them and that I claim that she should push her other customers aside while I was simply asking for a solution because I am home alone with my baby, and I do not have a driver's license or a car! Yet she kept shouting until finally the man took over the phone and he was friendlier and understood something and still made the effort to bring my order! so that woman must have almost lost a regular customer! so thank you to the man who was calmer and still brought my order because after 1h30 I am still disgusted to be treated like this even after asking 5 times to be calm! I don't think this was a pleasant sight for those who were there at that time other than that it was very tasty! I'm so sorry I had to experience this!
