We are going to answer some questions that may not have been clear to you and may not be clear to other people who read here. We do have draft beer for R$20.00 per mug, but we also have others that are much cheaper and in different glasses. We opted for cold cups and mugs to respond to feed hacks received at other times by other customers (including when we were Fritz). But if it is not your preference, we have several other alternatives and options. We are currently serving the lunch period with the menu at Be Craft, which is another restaurant of ours. It's a period and it can really create a confusion of information. We have already used your feed back as an example to instruct the team to explain better, after all, there are 2 menu options. This is something temporary, but it is always important that we improve this experience. At the tables, we have a QR code for registering customers and participating in our loyalty program, which governs its own rules. By default, loyalty programs reward you for accumulating frequency. We chose to give a bonus with an amount upon first registration, but as a rule it must be used on the next visit to our home. If you have questions about it, there are excellent materials about it on the internet. But we use the same profile as practically all places that work with loyalty programs. I believe this part was explained well to you, even though you didn't like the explanation. It's a shame, but most customers like to use discounts accumulated from frequenting the place, and they also understand that it is a program that rewards gradually. Our intention is not to "gourmetize" the house. Our ideal is to cater to all tastes and audiences. We are always super open to constructive feed hacks (most of those that seek improvement, leave them directly to us, and not on social networks aiming to harm the place). It was precisely by listening to customers that we decided to change the draft beer and other items on the menu. We also have a considerable variety (normally at least 2 pilsner options, 1 ipa, 1 alternative draft beer, such as wine, weiss, pale ale... or something like that) to try to meet all tastes. Once again, it's a shame your experience with us wasn't positive, but our team is always available, in case you return home, to listen and try to adapt to what you're looking for during your stay with us. Making it clear, there was no change of ownership from Fritz to Wonder, just a readjustment to precisely meet the demands that were given to us several times by customers.
