The staff made us feel entirely unwelcome and treated us like a burden. First, my little sister was using the small sample cups provided to try a couple of flavors, and a staff member actually told her not to put too much in the cup; it was a tiny cup, how much could she possibly put in there anyway! If you don't want customers sampling your ice cream, put the machines behind the counter where customers can't reach them instead of nitpicking and monitoring customers while they taste them!! Zero hospitality. I won't be coming back.
