Very disappointing experience. The bartender/server took our order, but we didn’t see her again until it was time to pay. When the handheld payment device was brought to us, it only displayed the total amount due. There was no clear indication on the screen that gratuity had already been added. I didn’t realize gratuity was included until I specifically asked for a copy of the receipt and was able to see it there. I have no issue tipping for good service, but customers should be clearly informed when gratuity has already been included—especially before being presented with a payment screen that doesn’t show the breakdown. Transparency matters. I would have appreciated knowing upfront that gratuity was already included. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

It was so amazing! The ambiance, vibe and music made it something pretty special. Everything is good every time I come here. I love the food selection, it fits everyone. I had the parmesean garlic wings, I’ve never had them this good. When I tell you. The cook put his foot in them, he put his foot in it. Later we sat out on the patio which I love, and had the best drinks and enjoyed the hookah area. Can’t say enough. I go at least once a week, because it’s that good and easy on the wallet. Where can you get good service, good drinks, great food and affordable prices? FROZEN 2.0 that’s right. 5 stars baby #htown Karen. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $30–40
