I don’t usually leave reviews, but Frydays in Norbury absolutely deserves the praise. They’ve recently refurbished and the place looks fantastic, fresh, bright, and welcoming, while still keeping that classic chippy charm. The star, of course, is the food. I can honestly say this was the freshest, tastiest fish and chips I’ve had in years. The batter was perfectly crisp without being greasy, the fish itself was flaky and full of flavour, and the chips were golden and cooked just right. Portion sizes are generous, and the prices are very fair for the quality you’re getting. It’s rare these days to find somewhere that nails both taste and value, but Frydays does exactly that. If you’re in or around Norbury and fancy proper fish and chips, this is the place to go. Absolutely loved it. I’ll definitely be back!
