I would like to clear the misunderstanding about rice and quantity of Chapli kebab. We have never served pulao rice since our inception accept for few catering orders. The recipe for rice is the same accept for less turmeric as most people found it overwhelming and I have stopped adding chili powder as people with children buy the rice for them. Chapli kebab always from day one used to be raw 200gm and nowadays it is half a pound that is raw 225gm that means more quantity. You must have seen many restaurants closing every day due to increasing costs to run the place. In past year due to inflation the prices of the things have doubled and in some cases trippled. As a small business, we strive to provide quality food and service while keeping our prices competitive. I hope that you will understand that running a restaurant involves various costs such as employee wages, rent, utilities, and food supplies, which have gone up recently. We cook each portion fresh which invloves hours of extra paid labor. We would like to assure you that we are constantly reviewing our menu offerings to provide the best value for our customers while being able to afford the expenses to run this place. More
