Absolutely impeccable food. Asked for something that wasn’t in the menu and the owners were more than happy to accommodate. Love the friendliness, professionalism and the cleanliness of the shop. The food tastes absolutely amazing and usually when I eat donor meat I can taste the greasy fat but fuel kitchens food doesn’t do that. You can tell it’s a family run business and how much love these guys put into their food (even the garlic mayo is homemade) and how passionate they are about their business and what I love most is how they’ve brought their own culture to the food. I highly recommend their platters, the mixes of delicious meats and the rice is, in my opinion, the best rice I have ever eaten, their pizzas are also 12/10, not greasy, or overloaded with cheese and the base has the perfect crunch. They also offer coffee which is THE BEST idea EVER because as a coffee lover usually these businesses don’t mix the two but you can tell the guys have a history in the catering industry and I really wish them all the best with their shop. I had to leave a review because i was pleasantly surprised! I ordered online for the first time from the website and i got a large shawarma rice bowl style thinking it's like the normal portion sizes but it can serve 2-3 people!! It's very neatly packaged, food was hot, salad with the shawarma is cut with a clean knife (weird comment but I can taste the difference if it was used to cut meat first and then the salad), shawarma was nicely spiced and fresh!! Overall, amazing experience and will definitely order from here again after struggling to find a decent takeaway shop.
