Our policy follows the Constitution. As a privately operated business in North Carolina, our indoor premises is private property. The Fourth Amendment makes clear that government agents have no right to enter or search private property without consent or a judicial warrant signed by a judge. ICE’s administrative forms and internal paperwork do not override these constitutional protections, and they do not give them permission to step inside our building. If ICE wishes to come inside, they must present a judge-signed warrant. That's what the sign says, and that's the America we believe in! Regardless, we hope to have the opportunity to serve you someday. Hope you had a good time at Boxyard.
