ordered a spinach and za’atar pie, even though it was not on the menu. Stephanie, the restaurant manager, kindly prepared it herself for me since it was a special request, which I truly appreciated. The pie was absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend adding it to the menu exactly the way Stephanie prepared it.
