I just can't help writing this review because I am full of positive emotions after visiting Fuse Cafe this afternoon. The food at this lovely place reminded me of genuine Thai Cuisine that I love so much after visiting Thailand a couple of times. The individual approach of the friendly hosts impressed me as well: I asked them to cook my dish without hot spice as I am pregnant and they did so perfectly - it was still juicy, aromatic and very tasty! My husband, our little son and me were full and happy. I would like to mention here great coffee that they make - my flat white was very smooth and creamy - just a perfect start of the day :)

I saw this cute little place when I was driving past Ponsonby road on my way home one day and thought I have to come try it. So my girls and I came for dinner on Thursday night.
We had a couple of plates to share, I think Thai food is delicious. We ordered soup for entree, Tom Yum with seafood, and another with chicken. The soup was great, very tasty. Also another entree is the prawn sashimi, was well presented but we all thought the portion was quite small for the price we were paying for them. As for the main, we had a yellow duck curry to share with jasmine rice. Curry wasn't as flavourful as I would've expected but there was a lot duck meat, which you don't get in other restaurants.
Overall not a bad experience! I do like the decor very much.
