The food here was delicious. It was upscale barbecue, and it was really tasty. For me I take away one star because I wasn't crazy about the drink. The margarita was a smoked margarita but I didn't taste any smoke in it. With that being said, we really loved the experience, and they were very nice to my family and I would definitely be back. We had the meat platter, and it was enough to feed the three of us and we had leftovers.

Hidden Gem!! Fuse was fabulous! Get your reservation in and check it out. We dined I'm with our two boys, ages 8 & 4. All staff members were awesome and so kind to our boys. Interior decor funky, clean and cool. I was expecting typical BBQ joint interior but was pleasantly surprised with there decor. Loved it!! We tried several items: Dates - perfection. Large and full flavor. Kangaroo - a must try! Don't know how to describe except it good. Chicken Wings - meaty and juicy. The sauce was not super hot, which we like, but the chef accommodated us and custom made one to our liking. Mostly to our 8 year Olds liking! 1/2 lbs prime brisket - tasty! Yummy! 1/2 lbs pork belly- exceeded our expectations. The cocktails were fabulous too! Get your reservations in and check them out. We are dying to go back for octopus, which they were out of when we dined it.
