I ordered house fried rice and chicken fingers today, and both order were disgusting. I threw them out it was my first time ordering food there, and I will never come back for sure. Food: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40

Response from the owner hace 29 días

Sorry about the fried rice and chicken fingers, Sandra. That’s not how I want anyone’s first visit to go. If you’re willing, give me another shot and I’ll make it right.

This place has completely went downhill. Just called and they don’t even do delivery service anymore. How can a place not offer delivery service? Went there before asking for like a paper bag they turned you down. They won’t even give you a bag… The customer service is just horrible. Every time I try to order a combo plate. It always become some sort of issue.. like how hard is it to just make the adjustments and charge me whatever you gotta charge me. They’re not into customer service at all, and that is a complete turn off. They’re way too many other restaurants that I would give my hard earned money . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner

I'm sorry to hear about your experience, Shellie. I stopped offering delivery due to some challenges, but I understand it's frustrating. I'll look into the bag and combo plate issues—those should be simple fixes. If you decide to give it another try, please ask for me directly.
