Eating at fusion was an awful experience. First out server did not bring enough menus for the table and said she'd return with more menus. She never brought any more. After 15 minutes she finally came over for our drink orders. Some of us ordered cocktails, one ordered a beer, one ordered a soda, and everyone ordered water. 20 minutes later she finally brought us our cocktails and beer but left the water and soda. When we reminded her about the other drinks she brought some, but once again, forgot some waters. We never received the appropriate number of waters and had to share. When our food finally came out, the dishes were wrong. When we asked what each dish was to verify, she became confused and went to grab the chef. When the chef came out he told us what each dish was. When we explained that they were not the correct dish he took the dishes and left with no apology. When he returned we were missing a dish. Once again, we asked about our dish. When we finally had all the correct food, we decided to try everything. The sushi was very subpar. The fish tasted old and the flavors were muddled. Everything's tasted like mush. The hibachi was dry and lacked flavor. The gyoza was very dry and spongy in texture. We will never be returning and I am definitely adding this to my recommend against list.
Note: even with all the problems with drinks and food, not once did we receive a sorry or anything.

What happened?. So I ate here when they first opened everything was delicious. I got rolls and fried rice. I ate at fusion yesterday and they redid the menu. The fired rice was mushy, which means it has to much water in it. Due to the mushiness of the rice it took away the flavor. They don't even give you as much fired rice as they did before. Also two of the waitress were texting on their phone's the entire time we ate. Bartender was great He was very friendly and our drinks were perfect. Im sure the food started to decline to do the staff. The food isn't worth the price because of the quality or quantity you receive. The inside is gorgeous. Please Bring back the old Fusion!!

Don't go here!!. Decided to try this place out tonight. ..mistake!! horrible, horrible service. waited 2 hours for one roll. ..missed our movie time...we will keep going to our favorite place, bamboos.
