I was shocked to see the reviews for this place. On my two week trip to tokyo, this was so good we had it twice. I ordered the Sweet sour and spicy chicken. I can honestly say that it was the best chicken I have ever had in my life. I would not change a thing about it. It was so crunchy but still drenched in the sauce, I wish I was still in japan so I could have it again. I will miss it so much also as for the people who said the food took forever to come out, for me it came out in under 5 minutes! Although the reviews I'm reading are 2-3 years ago. They have probably made a lot of improvements. Anyways, I wish I could come back and try more flavours because it's soooo good!
