I’m an existing/returning customer of GAIN Auto service, and I would now advise going elsewhere. Dealing with Alfa Romeo Victoria sales staff in particular killed my ability to ever trust these guys. Really awful conduct here as far as I’m concerned. IMO they appear more interested in making a fast $ than treating their existing customers with decency & courtesy. I’ll never go back and give them my business, but apparently, that doesn’t particularly matter to the sales staff. Astonishingly shortsighted practices hereit’s honestly bizarre. I’m really surprised things went down as they did.

Phenomenal staff and service. Loved buying my M2 from the Gain Group and taking it up to the racetrack. Will definitely do business with the group again :)
