Este restaurante te ofrece platos de la cocina georgiana. Con sus singulares pan khachapuri, sus caseros empanadillas khinkali y su perfectamente elaborada ensalada de berenjena te llevarás una buena impresión. 5* for the kitchen, 1* for the service. Gemo is about the complete absence of any standards of service. We came here on January 2nd and placed an order for several dishes. The drinks were brought quickly, half of the dishes were not available, the salad was brought to 1 person first, although they ordered 2 servings. Well, okay, it’s not scary, it happens. But when you order a dish that cannot be eaten without lavash (chakapuli), no one warns you about this, and then it turns out that there is no lavash (bread) at all, this is not very pleasant. But nothing, we ordered Adjarian-style khachapuri. We waited for about 20 minutes, then we were told that the order would be ready in 10 minutes, then after a short time the waitress said that the bread had arrived, but it turns out that the khachapuri, it turns out, had not even begun to be prepared and it was 4th in line and we would have to wait at least another half hour. This was already unacceptable. But further - more. After 5 minutes, another waiter comes up to us, brings khachapuri, we think that it is for us, the dish is placed in front of me, and then it turns out that it is for other guests and the waiter takes it away from me. Then I became indignant and the waiter decided to leave the dish for us. When we left, they apologized to us, we left a tip, and the incident was over. At home we realized that we had left the charger at the restaurant. They called in the morning and said at which table they had left her, the man told us that they had seen her and that “they would do everything” by the time we arrived. Only when we arrived, no one knew anything, some extremely rude employee said that he didn’t see any charging, didn’t know anything, come back later and left. But the charger, it turns out, was still in the socket, no one even looked at anything. What was most striking was that an employee of the establishment tried to shame me for expressing my opinion about the current situation “in front of guests.” Well, the fact that we were guests just yesterday and we were assured that our item had been found, apparently, no one was interested anymore. If it weren’t for this incident with charging, this review would not have existed, but today it has already become obvious to us that the familiar and boorish attitude is the norm for this establishment, along with a very long wait for orders, because in the kitchen, obviously, there is only one cook who does not have time to do anything. I would like to wish this establishment to rise from the level of amateurs to the level of professionals, train the staff, hire chefs or reduce the number of tables in the hall by half. At the moment, this establishment absolutely does not correspond to the status of the Krasnaya Polyana resort and denigrates the reputation of both the resort itself and the Georgian culinary culture.
