Everything is ok in this area of the hotel. We redeemed the cocktail here from our arrangement. Mr. Klettmann was extremely friendly, explained the individual drinks and served them without a long wait. There is a 1 star deduction for cleanliness. It's good that the columns are covered, but if you can see the spilled drink from the day before, it unfortunately doesn't fit the Neptun Hotel's standards.
