Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. As explained during your visit, the restaurant was exceptionally busy that afternoon and before your order was placed, our team informed you that preparation times would be longer than usual. We understand that waiting can be frustrating and we sincerely apologize for the delay. When you informed us that the steaks were not cooked to your preference, our manager sincerely apologized and offered a discount as a gesture of goodwill. This was never intended to dismiss your concerns, but rather to acknowledge your disappointment while trying to find a fair solution. Unfortunately, despite our efforts to resolve the matter respectfully, you left after paying approximately 30% of the total bill with the remaining balance left unpaid. At GG Lounge, we are committed to serving freshly prepared meals and treating every guest with courtesy and respect. We take constructive feedback seriously and continually strive to improve our food, service and overall guest experience.
