Came by to try out goood and had the mixed grill with jollof and some coleslaw. Beef was succulent, chicken was juicy and a lovely flavour. Nice spice and a lil kick with the suuya. Definitely need to come check it out. Kofi an amazing host. Made sure everything was looked after. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Love this place my visit came about as a result of a chance encounter in the train back from London. Max told me about his restaurant and his plans and I agreed to visit with my son in law the next time he was up from London and with me in Nottingham. The place is super cool with a great vibe, pool tables and table tennis away from the main eating area provided good pre and post food entertainment. The food was exceptional fresh tasty and home cooked. We loved it. Max is a super host serving top draw food at a good price point is perfect and good value for money. You must try it! Oh yes nearly forgot the cheese cake is to die for

We had the best time and the most amazing food this evening, would definitely recommend! The mutton was so tender and cooked to perfection, the rice and peas were bang on, the jerk wings were juicy and seasoned just right and the dumpling were some of the best we’ve had. The customer service alone was enough to want to go back, never mind the food! Kofi went above and beyond for us and was super friendly. Overall 10/10 evening, we’re already planning to go back next week
