Came in for the first time, asked for mixed shawarma on rice. My guy served me "meat" from two funny looking roasts on a spit, that looked cold, going off and the machine was not on. Parts at the top and bottom of chicken and lamb skewers of shwarma were heated up in front of me on a hotplate to sear. It clearly was in the fridge as it was solid and not moving when he cut it. No heat was on either. He hacked at what was effectively two non fresh pieces of meat that was rotting. His colleague was using a hair dryer constantly on resting on the side of the charcoal grill to assist with the heating of the meat OR blowing the ash away or both. The place seems very unclean and break many safety laws. I came Wed at 7pm, I would assume the meat was from Monday. It was nearing the end of it. Got it home and looked at it under the light. Smell confirmed it. this meat was turning off mixed with meat that was off. Reporting to Salford FSA. AVOID

Not recommended! Not even worth one star. Meat is undercooked, chewy, wings smell really bad and take ages to make food
