Horrible place with horrible service and customer service. I ordered something that was supposed to be warm, and when it came out cold, I simply asked for it to be heated. Nowhere did it specify that the meat would be ice cold. I didn’t make a big deal out of it, but the staff definitely did. Instead of handling it professionally, they kept talking about and bringing up the food I sent back, even though I was the only person in the shop. To make it worse, they just threw it on the grill with the wax paper still on it, which ended up burning. The whole experience was uncomfortable, careless, and unprofessional. ANDREW DO BETTER!! Buffalo Cesar salad wrap was BOMB! it could easily be split between two people. Also get the Garlic and broccoli as a side, the flavors complement each other so well! For a ghost kitchen I am impressed! We also got the naked wings and let's just say there was no leftovers! GTK has become one of my go to spots in Hoboken. Their food is consistently excellent and you can tell they don’t cut corners. The wings stand out as the best in town in my opinion. They’re smoky, packed with flavor, and cooked perfectly all the way to the bone. Their blue cheese deserves its own shout out, it’s truly some of the best I’ve ever had and pairs perfectly with the wings. Service has always been friendly and attentive, whether dining in or grabbing takeout. If you live in Hoboken or are visiting and want great food from people who care about what they serve, GTK is an easy recommendation.
