This is my first ever review because I had to put this out there so people know about this amazing establishment. We visited this restaurant in Chiba Japan on September 09, 2025 for the first based on the recommendation from our hotel. Without getting into too much details of how excellent everything is from the private room, the dedicated server/cook who cooks the meats for you and the quality of the ingredients and the dishes, the thing that really touched us was at the end, we really couldn't finish the last 2 courses which was grilled rare A5 beef and fried rice. So, our server suggested us to take it to-go which is a great idea because we can eat it tomorrow as lunch. So, we paid our bill and took our leftover and went back to our hotel. The next day, when we open the bag, we were so moved to see the handwritten notes on our boxes from our server saying " I hope the dinner will become a wonderful memory of Japan. Thank you for visiting us today", signed her name in Japanese with a lovely cow picture drawn by her! I have been to a few places and restaurants, this is absolutely the first time and the best one for me! So, cheers! If you decide to visit them one day, hope you have a great experience like I did. And of course, when I am in Chiba next time, they are my first meal in town. Thank you, GYU Chiba! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
