I just wanted to let you know about a recent experience I had at [Gabys]. It left me quite disappointed and I feel the need to share it with you. During our visit, something happened that left us feeling really frustrated. After the waiter took our orders, he approached us and informed us that Gaby's is not a cafe and we had to order food. This came as a surprise to us, especially since we have been regular customers at this place for a while. We're used to sitting there, ordering multiple things like food, shisha, and drinks without any issues. Unfortunately, the way the waiter addressed the situation felt unprofessional. It made us feel unwelcome and undervalued as customers. This experience has left a negative impact on us, and I have decided that this will be my last time sitting in any of their branches. I just wanted to bring this to your attention so you are aware of our experience. It's sad because we had really enjoyed going there in the past, but I don't think I can recommend this place anymore due to the bad customer service we received.
