We had a cancellation of our reservation just few hours before the event due to weather conditions. Stuff offered to stay inside of one yurts. When we arrived to check if space is really ready to welcome our group, yurt was also busy. So we wasted our time to arrive here and almost let down a big group of guests. Therefore just in 1 hour we were forced to find another place.

Response from the owner hace un año

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the cancellation and the unavailability of the yurt. We understand how frustrating this situation must have been, especially when accommodating a large group. Your feedback is important to us, and we would like to discuss this further. Please provide your contact information so we can reach out and ensure a better experience for you in the future. Thank you for your understanding.

Absolutely nothing special with overpriced food. This is one of the places that wants to be cool but is not there yet.

Response from the owner hace un año

Good afternoon! We would appreciate it if you could clarify the details of this situation so that we can sort out what happened and take appropriate measures.: - Date and time of the visit; - The table you were sitting at; - What is the amount of the account; - Full name of the waiter; Could you leave your contacts to contact you? Thank you in advance for your help.
