Food, service and view are *chefs kiss* been here twice and could easily go again they have a huge menu of option regardless of your dietary needs and the food is sourced well!!! Gaia is such a special place in Pai! The food is absolutely delicious, and everything is beautifully presented. The team is very friendly and creates such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The vegan cheesecakes are incredible — truly some of the best I’ve ever tried. Their breakfasts are unique, nourishing, and full of flavor. I also loved the soda with fermented fruits — something really special. It’s a perfect place to relax, work, or just enjoy the peaceful vibe. They even have a little shop with lovely handmade items, which makes the place even more charming. Highly recommend visiting Gaia when you’re in Pai!
