Absolutely incredible experience at GAIA Miami. This instantly became one of my top 10 restaurants in Miami. The restaurant is stunning. The decor, furniture, lighting, and overall design feel extremely elevated and luxurious without trying too hard. The space is also much larger than I expected, with beautiful indoor and outdoor areas, plus a lounge in the back with a DJ if you want to continue the night after dinner. The food was outstanding across the board. The dessert presentation alone is worth seeing. The dessert options were both visually impressive and genuinely delicious. The Greek yogurt dessert was one of the best desserts I’ve had in a long time. Service was polished, attentive, and surprisingly smooth for a restaurant that only opened a few weeks ago. They already operate like a place that’s been established for years. After dinner, I walked past Milos nearby and honestly, compared to GAIA, it suddenly felt almost cafeteria-like. GAIA is on another level in terms of atmosphere, energy, elegance, and overall experience. Now I understand why they’ve been successful internationally. This is a major addition to the Miami dining scene, especially for South of Fifth. Highly recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Gaia is beautiful. The kind of restaurant where the design feels intentional without being precious - you walk in and immediately want to stay. The kitchen clearly shares that philosophy: everything on the plate looks and tastes like it was caught or sourced hours, not days, ago. I ordered the sea bream carpaccio, lobster pasta, greek salad, and lamb chops. The carpaccio was pristine - delicate, clean, just enough acid and oil to let the fish speak. The lobster pasta hit different - tender pasta, sweet lobster meat, the sauce tying it together without drowning anything. The salad was the salad you want at a Greek restaurant: good tomatoes, proper feta, the kind of simplicity that only works when everything is fresh. And then the lamb chops. Here’s the thing - they looked beautiful and came out hot, but they landed a bit gamey for my taste and felt underseasoned. It’s the one plate that didn’t justify the level of care everywhere else. That said, it’s a single dish in an otherwise stellar lineup, and it doesn’t erase the rest of the experience. The service matched the food quality - attentive, knowledgeable, genuinely helpful without being intrusive. This is a new favorite in Miami. I’ll be back, and next time I’ll trust the kitchen enough to ask about their lamb preparation or maybe pivot to something else. Either way, Gaia is worth the visit.

We recently hosted a business dinner here and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Before the event even began, Andrea was incredibly helpful coordinating everything for our group. She was responsive, accommodating, and handled several last-minute changes seamlessly, which made the planning process so much easier for us. The dinner itself exceeded our expectations. We selected a set menu, and every course was absolutely delicious. The food, presentation, service, and overall atmosphere were outstanding throughout the evening. Our entire group was impressed. I would highly recommend this restaurant for business dinners, group events, or even just a great night out in Miami Beach for high-quality Mediterranean food. We will definitely be returning.
