We found this little gem while walking around Milan's financial district. It is only open for lunch, and the food was amazing! The pasta was al dente! Make sure to try the Tiramisu. The owner, Paolo, was extremely welcoming and friendly - considering we were the only tourists among a restaurant full of financial professionals. That staff was equally gracious. This place is worth a visit!

Good food but really questionable service. At the beginning, the waiter was very friendly and very helpful, but toward the end of the meal, the waiter took forever to bring anything and they were very unprofessional about payment- they make you bring payment to the front! And there's a LONG line! It's a sit-down restaurant, NOT McDonald's! The Caesar salad was DELICIOUS, included bacon and everything, but the juice was rather plain. It was pineapple and ginger and I expected more of a zing. The Decour is great, but what really bothered me was that the owner was sitting right near me and he spoke to me and said yes I own this restaurant I'm glad you like it blah blah blah next thing you know the service is terrible and he's witnessing all of it and he doesn't do anything to tell the waiter to be more polite, be better than serving, or anything like that. I understand it's Italy so it is slow, but seriously, at least pretend like you're going to try to be service - minded! I MIGHT consider returning if the service was improved. Other than that, the restaurant was packed around 1:30 PM and it was delicious. All the other dishes on the menu seems amazing and I would like to come back sometime if they really improve their service

Very good food and for a reasonable price. Extremely friendly and efficient service. The manager gave us a prosecco meanwhile we were waiting for a table. Right place if you're around with friends.
