Cracking food,but the staff need to prioritise customers that walk through the door,rather than carrying on with other background tasks, I'm sure you they are aware of peak customer times,and should manage that time more proficiently,waiting times is like at the doctor's to be seen maybe another member of staff working the till might help, because it's not the best priced place to be frankly honest,and with those type prices,it shouldn't be under staffed now should it,that being said, the food is quality. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The two elderly ladies that work here are the most miserable people I’ve ever come across! If you don’t want to be at work and provide a service then just retire! Sausage toast was half cooked sausage on bread, the pie was smashed and the pasty was rock solid. Not a reflection of the other stores as they’re amazing its just the Ince one that’s bad, mainly because of the staff who need to learn that we’re not in the 1960s anymore Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
