Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The service was exceptional, everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. You can tell they take great pride in what they do, and the attention to detail really shows. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be returning. We visited Gandom Charcoal Grill for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious – we enjoyed the falafel and Kashkseh Bademjan for starters, followed by the chicken and lamb shish served with rice and vegetables. The portions were very generous, so unfortunately we didn’t have room to try any dessert this time! The service was excellent – friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and is a great place to enjoy a meal. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely like to come back to try more dishes from the menu. We went for dinner with my husband and two kids, we ordered the shared grilled plate for two with some appetizers. The plate was presentable, the food was delicious especially the kofta and chicken wings. He asked us how well done we would like the meat and it was done perfectly to our liking. The place was clean and pleasant. The owner was very hospitable and welcoming. My little daughter accidentally dropped her juice and he complimented her with another one. Would recommend and visit this place again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
