We were looking for a place where there was alcohol and came across a garage. We started reading reviews - some were negative, but we thought that there are so many people, so many opinions. Went. The receptionist greeted me warmly and gave me a menu. That's where the positives end. We ordered two cocktails, a mojito and a sunrise. It's not tasty. I sat there squeezing the lime with a straw to at least give some flavor to the cocktail other than sugar syrup. We didn’t want to stay, we asked for the bill, I went up to the cashier and was shocked when I saw that 15% of the bill was included for service. For what service? The napkin and bags from the straws in which for some reason they take them out were lying around the entire time we arrived there. We didn’t have time to look at the menu and it was taken away from us. The table is wobbly and burnt. Anyway. I said I won't pay. The waiter called the administrator. She couldn’t find the administrator right away and we still had to wait. In response to my reluctance to pay for the service, she said that they have such rules and the law of the Russian Federation is not their law. That since they brought us drinks, we have to pay for it. She asked what else she didn’t like, started saying that the table wasn’t dirty but just wasn’t being wiped clean and said “what else is wrong with us? Maybe the lamps are dirty? I don’t recommend this place!!!! Look at how many bad reviews there are, it feels like they only leave their own good reviews to increase the rating. The food is so greasy, oil is leaking out of the burgers and chops. The prices are inflated, and they will bring you a receipt, and then + 15% for service, but nowhere is there a word about this! By the way, the waitress serves, who does not hide the fact that she has only been working for 4 days, so she does not know the menu and cannot recommend anything. They invited the administrator Zulya to explain where the price for the service came from, to which they rudely heard that it’s immediately clear that you are visitors, you don’t have to pay, then I’ll fine the waitress this amount.
