Perfect for the start or end of your Rennsteig / Kammweg walk. I stayed 2 nights after walking the Kammweg. Very relaxing. The B&B offers a set menu evening meal. I got to try Thuringia sausage with potato salad a traditional local meal. The second evening home made stone pizza. Dough made in the house and thin base stone oven baked. You get to choose from a wide selection of toppings. A good range of drinks for me it had to be wheat beer and red wine. Very clean. Fast WiFi in the cafe area where you are welcome to sit. The hosts are very welcoming and look after you in a homely way. I will definitely stay again if I choose one of the walks from Blankenstein. Service: 5
