Feels like home! A big compliment! A pleasant atmosphere! Courteous service staff & happy chef! Today we enjoyed a bread and cheese plate with charcoal mustard and a sweet drink. Simply extraordinary! New flavors and associations, research, discoveries, incredible presentations, ethics, nature, simplicity, service, sharing and contact with Stefan Wiesner. Pairings with very interesting wines and Swiss wines. Everything is perfect and exquisite. We had the large lunch menu, the nice evening time by the fire, 1 night and breakfast. Gorgeous! We will remember with joy!
