We ate there for the first time yesterday and I was really happy. It was the daily menu with asparagus... Just the way it was prepared was like a 5 star chef. The food was really extremely tasty. From the starter to the dessert. We felt incredibly comfortable. It's a good, home-style restaurant with a great menu. Very familiar and extremely loving. Parking available. There is even a small hidden beer garden. We'll definitely be back. Nearby activities: It is right next to the Töppersee nature reserve. Very pretty and also within walking distance. Food & drinks: The menu is very luxurious, the chef is definitely worth five stars. I haven't eaten so well and comfortably in a very long time. Family style, daily menu e.g. with current seasonal vegetables. Fish and also good meat selection. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Quiet, Great value

Small charming hotel. We made reservations without breakfast, so we can't judge that, but I've only heard good things. The lady of the house even brought us an air conditioner, for which we were very grateful. The hotel was perfectly adequate for our needs. We were always greeted in a friendly manner and with a warm smile. We felt very comfortable and I am convinced that if we visit the Ruhrpott again, we will make reservations at the Gasthof Zur Linde again. Quiet location, small great garden, great service, simply recommendable Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
