Talking about my opinion on the cakes, while the designs of the cakes are perfect, the tasta is not as good', the sponge cake is over sweet, I wish they reduce the sugar.... can't enjoy it. This is my personal view. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I used to love this bakery. I can trace back to more than five years of me getting cakes customised there or taking friends for yummy strawberry custard cake slices. However, the last 2 times we customised cakes there were disastrous. The cake was clearly old, dry and crumbly. The first time we messaged them and went back to the store and after not being satisfied with the chef's response, the owner reached out, admitted the cake didn't look fresh and offered a refund and discount for next time. But this happened again last week and it's just inconvenient to reach out again and again. Meal type: Other Price per person: OMR 10+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Gateaux’s cake is 10/10. Gateaux’s Brownie Choco Mousse is a unique blend of chocolate-y brownie base cake with mouse filling in the middle & with dark chocolate ganache on top ( must try if you are die hard chocolate cake lover! ) If you are looking for cake for a special occasion - get it from Gateaux for value of money and taste. They only use premium quality ingredients for all of their cakes - this is the best part! Meal type: Other Price per person: OMR 4–5 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
