Jinny and Katrina catered our wedding reception for 100 guests, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From start to finish, Gayuma was incredibly responsive and flexible, especially when it came to accommodating the many dietary restrictions and allergies among our guests. The food was outstanding and we highly recommend the lemongrass chicken with curry sauce, chicken katsu sandwiches, japchae, spring rolls, and fresh rolls. Our guests raved about the food, and many said it was the best wedding meal they’ve ever had! We truly appreciated the care, quality, and delicious flavours, and will be thinking about the food for a long time. Thank you, Gayuma! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying food from Filipino Fusion Gayuma Catering, 401 Weber St N, Waterloo, and I was absolutely impressed by both the quality and the flavour of their dishes. Every bite reflected care, balance, and authenticity with a creative twist that made the meal unforgettable. The Spicy Bulgogi Pork with Kimchi and Zucchini was a standout. The pork was perfectly tender, marinated in a flavorful sauce that hit the ideal balance of heat and sweetness. The spice built gradually but never overwhelmed, pairing beautifully with the crunch and tang of the kimchi. The zucchini added a refreshing, slightly sweet contrast that tied the whole dish together — a vibrant, well-rounded fusion of flavours. The Chicken Lemongrass with Rice was equally impressive. The chicken was juicy, aromatic, and infused with the bright, citrusy notes of lemongrass. It was comforting yet exciting — the kind of dish that makes you stop after the first bite and smile. The rice was cooked just right, absorbing the savoury juices from the chicken for a truly satisfying finish. Overall, Filipino Gayuma Catering delivered an exceptional experience. The food was flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with love and attention to detail.
