I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the worst takeaway experiences I have had. I placed my order at 5:30pm and it arrived around two hours later, only for it to be the wrong order. What makes this worse is that this is now the third time they have made the same mistake, despite me clearly stating in capital letters on the Just Eat notes that the dish must contain no vegetables, and also calling the restaurant directly to make sure this was understood. This is not a minor preference. I have dietary restrictions related to autism, so getting the order right is important. After the wrong food arrived, I phoned the restaurant and asked if they could collect it and send the correct meal. I was told “maybe tomorrow,” which was an astonishing response considering I had paid around £20, had just finished a long day, and was left with food I could not eat. They then called back and said a driver was available and asked if I still wanted the correct meal sent out. I said yes and thanked them. I then waited until 10pm and nothing arrived. When I called again, I was told there was no driver. So after hours of waiting, I was left with the wrong order, no proper resolution, and no meal. What is most concerning is that this is not a one-off issue. On a previous occasion months ago, even a delivery driver acknowledged that mistakes like this happen regularly. That suggests a deeper problem with how orders are handled. Out of the huge number of takeaways I have ordered over the years, this ranks among the worst experiences I have had for lateness, customer service, communication, and basic order accuracy. Delays can happen, but getting the order wrong for the third time, after clear written notes and a phone call, shows a complete failure to listen to customers or handle simple instructions. What makes it even more frustrating is that the dish I usually order is actually good when they get it right. Unfortunately, decent food means very little when the service is this unreliable. A fancy branded bag does not make up for the fact that they cannot deliver the correct meal, cannot resolve mistakes properly, and leave customers waiting for hours with nothing sorted. I will not be ordering from here again, and based on this experience I would strongly advise others to think twice before doing so. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered food for delivery at 7.45 - still hadn’t arrived 22.25. Rang 5 times, told each time it would be 10 mins. Staff laughed down phone at 22.25 AND charged me for food which never arrived. Awful service AVOID Price per person: £40–50 Service: 1

Great food, and the two course meal is a steal! one of the staff was having his dinner at the next table and he recommended the dragon tail ribs (which he was eating as well!) and it stole the show for me. The teriyaki duck was as expected too... this is my new favourite place for Chinese food in all of Belfast! Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
